My Daily Walk...

I'm 32, and walk about 40 to 80 min. per day. Walking??? Yes, you read that right.One foot in front of the other. Even though you may go for a walk now and then for various reasons, don't underestimate the amazing life  changing power of the daily walk. After you start your daily walking habit, you'll be happily with the health benefits that will start showing up in your life. By making the commitment to walk on a daily basis, you'll be able of getting rid of your stressful day.
